Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli was unable to attend an interaction program organized by the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) on Friday due to health issues.
Although Prime Minister Oli was scheduled to participate in the event at 12 PM, his office informed the organizers that he would not be able to attend due to his health condition.
“The Prime Minister was supposed to arrive by 12 PM, but his secretariat has informed us that he won’t be attending due to health issues,” said former minister Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal, who is also a leader of the CPN-UML.
In the absence of Prime Minister Oli, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel inaugurated the program.
