Kathmandu: Api Power Company Limited has announced dividends from its net profit for the fiscal year 2080/081. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on 7th Bhadra 2081, at 4:30 PM.

As per the decision, the company will distribute a 9.0% bonus share and a 0.4737% cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders, based on the current paid-up capital of NPR 5.7865 billion.

The distribution of the dividend will be carried out only after obtaining approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and the upcoming 21st Annual General Meeting of the company for the fiscal year 2080/081. The company has requested all stakeholders to take note of this information.
