Kathmandu: Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has announced a 12% dividend from its distributable profit for the fiscal year 2080/81.
In a meeting held on Friday, September 13, the bank’s board of directors proposed a 7% bonus share and a 5% cash dividend (including tax purposes), making up the total 12% dividend.
The bank stated that the proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming annual general meeting.
