Kathmandu: Nepal Oil Corporation has announced a reduction in the prices of petroleum products. Effective from 1 AM on Bhadra 31, 2081, the corporation has decreased the price of petrol by NPR 4 per liter and both diesel and kerosene by NPR 5 per liter.
With the revised prices, petrol will now cost NPR 159 per liter, while both diesel and kerosene will be priced at NPR 149 per liter. According to the corporation, the price adjustment follows a new price list sent by the Indian Oil Corporation on Bhadra 30, 2081.
However, the prices of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) used for cooking and aviation fuel remain unchanged.
