Kathmandu: Everest Bank Limited successfully conducted its 30th Annual General Meeting on 20th Asoj, 2081. The meeting approved the auditor’s report along with the annual report for the fiscal year 2080/81.

During the meeting, the proposal to distribute a 10.5% bonus share and a 5.535% cash dividend (including the tax on bonus shares) to shareholders for the fiscal year 2080/81 was passed.

Additionally, the meeting unanimously re-elected Navin Bhakta Shrestha and Urmila Shrestha as board members representing general shareholders for another four-year term. The proposal to re-appoint N. Amatya & Company as the bank’s auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82 was also unanimously approved by the shareholders.
