Kathmandu: The Department of Commerce, Supplies, and Consumer Protection has opened applications for the import of 90,000 metric tons of wheat from India under a quota system. Interested Nepali companies can apply to import a minimum of 100 metric tons and a maximum of 10,000 metric tons of wheat.
According to the notice issued by the department on Monday, interested companies must submit their applications within seven days from the date of publication of the notice.
