Kathmandu: Salt Trading Corporation Limited has announced its 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held on March 28, 2025, at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, at 11 AM.

The AGM will approve a 10% cash dividend (including tax) on paid-up capital. Additionally, it will discuss proposals related to obtaining loan facilities and approving the relief amount deposited in the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund for victims.

The meeting will also review and approve the financial statements of the previous fiscal year, appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year, and determine their remuneration.

For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has decided to close its book from March 15 to March 28. Only shareholders who hold shares until March 10 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
