Kathmandu: The Nepal Sports Journalists Forum (NSJF) has renewed its co-sponsorship agreement with Kamero Trading Pvt. Ltd., the official distributor of the international sports brand Kelme in Nepal, for the 21st edition of the prestigious ‘NSJF Pulsar Sports Award 2080.’
The co-sponsorship agreement for the ‘NSJF Pulsar Sports Award,’ which is set to take place on Bhadra 28 (September 13) at the Nepal Academy in Kamaladi, was signed by NSJF General Secretary Prajwal Oli and Kamero Trading Managing Director Uttam Neupane.
Expressing gratitude for the continued collaboration with the Sports Award, Neupane stated that Kelme Nepal will continue to contribute to the development and promotion of Nepali sports. Kamero Trading Pvt. Ltd. is the official distributor of sports products produced by Kelme, an international sports brand, in Nepal.
As a co-sponsor, Kelme Nepal will provide Kelme-branded attire for the members of the forum for the award ceremony. The Pulsar Sports Award is scheduled for Bhadra 28 at the Nepal Academy in Kamaladi. Nominations for five categories of the award have already been announced. In the categories of Male Player of the Year, Female Player of the Year, Young Player of the Year, and Coach of the Year, five nominees have been selected in each category.
Winners from these nominees will be declared on the day of the award ceremony. The nominations for the People’s Choice category have also been announced. The nominees include Gulshan Jha (Cricket), Kavita Bhatt (Volleyball), Manmati Bista (Kabaddi), Preeti Rai (Football), and Shriram Shrestha (Rugby), and voting is ongoing through eSewa.
Additionally, voting can be done by liking, sharing, and commenting on the official Facebook pages of the Nepal Sports Journalists Forum and the main sponsor, Hansraj Hulaschand Company. Chief coaches of the National Sports Associations and members of the Nepal Sports Journalists Forum are also eligible to vote.
