Kathmandu: NIMB Ace Capital held its first Investor’s Circle, at the Hilton Kathmandu, gathering financial professionals, CEOs, and decision-makers from banks and insurance companies. The event launched a knowledge-sharing series focused on private equity investments in Nepal, offering a platform for networking and discussions without focusing on product promotion.
The event began with a speech from Mr. Shivanth B. Pandé, CEO of NIMB Ace Capital, who outlined the firm’s goals and discussed the role of private equity in promoting growth across sectors in Nepal. He shared insights on opportunities in Nepal’s private equity space.
Atul Satya Koushik gave a speech on “Leadership and Management Lessons from the Bhagavad Gita.” He spoke about leadership and its connections to ancient teachings, drawing lessons from figures like Ram and Krishna to address leadership challenges.
Speakers presented on NIBL Equity Partners, followed by a presentation from Suvash Thapa, Deputy CEO of NIMB Ace Capital. He discussed private equity fundamentals and shared examples from ventures such as Jagdamba Spinning Mills, Delish Dairies, Shinta Mani Mustang, and Fikkal Tea and Coffee. These sessions detailed NIMB Ace Capital’s approach to private equity investments.
In his closing remarks, Sachin Tibrewal, Chairman of NIMB Ace Capital, thanked participants for their involvement and reinforced the company’s focus on private equity investments in Nepal. He highlighted the need for collaboration to strengthen Nepal’s financial sector.
