Nepal and Scotland Share Points Due to Rain in ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2

Kathmandu: Nepal and Scotland shared a point each after their ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 match was called off due to rain.

The 44th match of League 2, held on Monday in Dallas, USA, was initially delayed and then ultimately canceled due to storm warnings. The game faced two rain interruptions, and only six overs were possible before play was abandoned.

After losing the toss, Nepal batted first and reached 26 runs for the loss of one wicket before the game was halted.

In the League 2 standings, Nepal is in seventh place with six points from 12 matches, while the UAE sits at the bottom with four points. The United States leads the standings with 16 points.
