
Kathmandu: The upcoming Nepali film Maharajadhiraj is generating buzz as a series of big-name cast announcements continue to fuel public excitement.
Directed by Parichhed Sen, the film had already signed popular actors Pal Shah and Ramesh Upreti. Now, celebrated actor Aryan Sigdel has officially joined the cast, further strengthening the film’s lineup. According to the production team, Aryan will be playing one of the lead roles.
With the inclusion of Aryan, Ramesh, and Pal, Maharajadhiraj is shaping up to have one of the most powerful ensemble casts in recent Nepali cinema, raising audience expectations.
The film’s poster was released earlier, sparking curiosity, especially regarding Aryan Sigdel’s character, which remains under wraps. Speaking about his role, Aryan expressed excitement, noting that the character is different from his previous works and will offer something fresh for the audience.
Veteran actor Jai Kishan Basnet has also been confirmed for a significant role in the film.
Maharahadhiraj is penned by director Parichhed Sen himself. His previous directorial venture, Premganj, was critically acclaimed.
The film is slated for a Phulpati festival release. It is presented by Biraj Bista, who previously produced Bulaki, a film that won a national award. The producers of Maharajadhiraj include Topendra Bista, Chakrabahadur KC, and Ravi Khadka.
According to the production team, several key cast members are yet to be revealed, making the growing lineup even more intriguing for fans and the industry alike.
